Restaurant General Manager
About the Role

As the General Manager, you will lead the full restaurant operation, collaborate with airport authorities, coach a diverse team, and make decisions that drive guest experience, financial results, and team culture. Responsibilities
- Oversee full-service restaurant and bar operations
- Manage cost control, ordering, and scheduling
- Lead hiring, training, and team development
- Maintain guest experience and hospitality standards
- Ensure safety, compliance, and food quality
- Collaborate with airport leadership
- Handle forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant with bar
- Strong financial and operational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments
- Experience leading diverse teams
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on coaching and accountability
- Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools

Pay
$75,000 - $80,000 annually, plus potential quarterly and year-end bonuses.
