About the role
The Restaurant District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple Chick-fil-A restaurants within a designated area. This includes managing staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at multiple Chick-fil-A restaurants
- Manage staff schedules and training programs
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and health regulations
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
- Resolve customer complaints and improve guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain consistent brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
