Restaurant District Manager

About the role

We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in your assigned area. This role involves working closely with restaurant leaders, supporting their goals, and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant to provide direction and feedback to the leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders through mentorship and staff management.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Work with Talent Mentors to manage staffing needs.
• Be a positive influence and role model for the team.
• Adapt to new processes and systems to support the growth of the company.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• A proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and drive.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Available to work a five-day set schedule.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
