Restaurant District Manager
About the role
As a District Manager, you will work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area, spending 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant to provide direction and feedback. You will support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost, cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude, and build a bench of future leaders. You will collaborate with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team
- Support restaurant leaders in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
Requirements
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
- Values teamwork and collaboration
