Restaurant District Manager
About the role
We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in our next generation kitchens. You will work side by side with restaurant leaders, supporting them in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets. Your role will involve cultivating a positive culture, building a bench of future leaders, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
Responsibilities
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Prominent track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven personality
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
