Restaurant District Manager
About the role
We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in your assigned area. This role involves working closely with restaurant leaders, supporting their efforts to hit targets for sales, labor, and food cost, and fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
Requirements
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Prominent track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Adaptable to new processes and systems

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
