Restaurant District Manager
About the role
We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in a dynamic and innovative setting. This role involves working closely with restaurant leaders, supporting their teams, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and feedback to leadership teams in assigned restaurants
- Hire, train, and develop team members to meet performance goals
- Ensure all restaurants hit targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude among team members
- Build a bench of future leaders through mentorship and development
- Ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Work collaboratively with other managers to support overall company goals
- Adapt to new processes and systems to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Past experience developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and drive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in multi-unit leadership roles
- Experience in a similar role within the food service industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Life As a District Manager
Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area, providing direction and feedback.
