Restaurant District Manager

About the role

We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in a dynamic and innovative setting. This role involves working closely with restaurant leaders, supporting their teams, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to leadership teams in assigned restaurants
• Hire, train, and develop team members to meet performance goals
• Ensure all restaurants hit targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude among team members
• Build a bench of future leaders through mentorship and development
• Ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
• Work collaboratively with other managers to support overall company goals
• Adapt to new processes and systems to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
• Past experience developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and drive
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptable environment

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in multi-unit leadership roles
• Experience in a similar role within the food service industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Life As a District Manager

Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area, providing direction and feedback.
