Restaurant District Manager
About the role
We serve house-made and globally-inspired soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts in our next generation kitchens. You’ll find real, whole food that is prepared daily on-site.
Responsibilities
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
- Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
Requirements
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Prominent track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
