Restaurant District Manager
About the role
We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in our next generation kitchens. You will work side by side with restaurant leaders, providing direction and feedback, and support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
Responsibilities
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants

Requirements
2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience, available to work a five-day set schedule, strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team, proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader, enthusiastic, positive, and driven, enjoys a fast-paced environment, adaptable to new processes and systems.
