Restaurant District Manager
About the role
We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in our next generation kitchens. You will work side by side with your restaurant leaders, providing direction and feedback for the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include supporting all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost, cultivating a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team, building a bench of future leaders, and ensuring proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
Requirements
Qualifications include 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience, availability to work a five-day set schedule, strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team, proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader, enthusiasm, positivity, and drive, and adaptability to new processes and systems.

Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
