Responsibilities
- Oversees dining services operations across multiple service areas (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and special events)
- Manages, coaches and leads a team of 40+ employees
- PARTNER WITH CULINARY LEADERSHIP TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE DELIVERY
- Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and infection control standards
- CORPORATE STAFFING, SCHEDULING, AND WORKFLOW FOR EFFICIENT SERVICE EXECUTION
- GREET RESIDENTS AND GUESTS WARMLY AND FOSTER A SENSE OF BELONGING
- ANTICIPATE NEEDS AND EXCEED EXPECTATIONS THROUGH PROACTIVE SERVICE
- ENSURE ALL RESIDENTS ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT, DIGNITY, AND INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION
- ADDRESS CONCERNS PROMPTLY AND TURN SERVICE ISSUES INTO POSITIVE EXPERIENCES
- MANTAIN A VISIBLE PRESENCE IN THE DINING ROOM TO ENGAGE WITH RESIDENTS AND GUESTS
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work weekends
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and hospitality excellence
