Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room
• Oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of Dining Room
• Serve as a server when the need arises
• For those looking for more opportunities, cook and prep cook hours and training can be provided

Requirements

• Food Safety certification (preferred)
• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Leadership: One year of experience with supervising or training staff
• Punctuality & reliability: Residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities; we expect associates to deliver on this promise.

Pay

Rates start at $18‑$20 per hour, based on work experience.

Schedule

Available Shifts: Full Time, Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
