Forestdale Park is located at 341 Forest Street, Malden, MA.

Schedule

Full Time: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM with flexibility for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room
  • Oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of the Dining Room
  • Serve as a server when the need arises
  • For those looking for more opportunities, cook and prep cook hours and training can be provided

Requirements

  • Food Safety certification, preferred
  • Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • One year of experience with supervising or training staff
  • Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities
