Responsibilities

- Lead and engage team members to ensure outstanding event and group dining outcomes.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar food & beverage role.
- Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations.
- Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Qualifications
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field is a plus.
