The Catering Services Manager oversees all catering solutions and special events, leading a team to deliver high-quality services aligned with customer expectations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute catering plans
• Maintain client relationships
• Ensure event quality and presentation
• Manage staffing for catering events
• Ensure compliance with safety policies
• Train staff on service standards and procedures
• Coordinate event logistics
• Accurately report revenue and expenses

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in management, events, or hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Certifications in food handling and alcohol service as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
