Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, well-groomed, and in full uniform with badge on upper left side.
• Carry trays weighing up to 60 pounds and assist with clearing and resetting tables.
• Communicate with guests, co-workers, and management in a hospitable and polite manner.
• Understand and support the resort's history and goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by managers or shift managers.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Exceed guest expectations by being attentive to their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's layout, hours, and services.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and check with managers before clocking out.
• Comply with information security policies and attend training programs.
• Adhere to attendance and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking effectively.
• Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Physical abilities to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
