About the role

Maintain restaurant cleanliness in an efficient, professional manner and contribute to an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform table maintenance duties according HOB service standards
• Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service Standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
• Safely transport bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs from table areas to dish room
• Maintain ice bins at full levels at all times
• Keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shift
• Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
• Clean and stock line to par throughout shift
• Operate trash compactor per procedures policy
• Avoid odor and line trash cans/slim jims
• Keep dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odor
• Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
• Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
• Keep booster seats and high chairs clean, alert MOD about any highchair safety issues
• Turn all lost and found items in to MOD
• Assist Other Employees as Needed

Requirements

• One year experience in a high-volume restaurant as a busser, barback, expeditor, or similar position
• Exceptional communication skills
• Sense of Urgency
• Time Management
• Kitchen sanitation standards
• Critical thinking and decision making
• High School diploma
