Job Description
Prepares dining room for use, cleans appropriate areas and sets tables for further use, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment with the five F’s - Fast, Fun, Friendly, Fresh and Focused
- Treat guests with a sense of caring and individuality while effectively identifying their specific needs
- Show special recognition of frequent guests
- Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for guests at all times
- Consistently welcome guests, thank them for their patronage, seek ways to make them comfortable and express the desire to have them return
- Present a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance at all times
- Maintain constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and inform guests
- Handle team member and guest concerns/dissatisfaction and disputes timely and professionally to the team member/guest satisfaction, while maintaining financial responsibility
- Create a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly and conducive to a high level of morale, productivity and performance
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns
- Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
- Inspect and ensure a clean, safe working environment, notify appropriate departments to handle deficient situations
- Create a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly and conducive to a high level of morale, productivity and performance

Work Environment
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and demonstrate high-mobility for a majority of the shift
- Transit across surfaces that may alternate between carpeted and hard surfaces
- Walk through slippery surfaces and/or sloping floors or stairs
- Use hands to finger, handle or feel small objects such paper or cloth
- Reach with hands and arms overhead and from side to side
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Will often transit between brightly lit and dimly lit areas, including flashing lights and computer or TV screens
- Position requires bending, lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds, will be required to use, push and pull wheeled hand-carts or other equipment weighing in excess of 100 lbs
- May occasionally be exposed to bodily fluids, pet or service animals, and strong odors
- Will regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and twist at the waist
- May occasionally use de-escalation techniques to resolve customer conflict
- Will be required to assist in customer evacuation in case of emergency

Qualifications
- Required As part of Seminole Gaming’s employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended.

- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to gaming and alcohol service
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Hours are typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
