Restaurant and Pool Server - Seasonal
Essential Functions
- Responsible for actively building & retaining guest relations, acting as a mentor to other associates to provide superior guest service.
- Serves guests in a variety of environments, ranging from poolside, fine dining or casual dining restaurants, event spaces & lounges.
- Performs all tasks assigned by the manager (side-work, cleaning etc.), including other duties outside of daily-weekly checklist duties.
- Create & maintain a clean work environment, including but not limited to specific outlets & outlying areas.
- Maintain accurate menu knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer, wine & food menus, including but not limited to allergens.
- Adhere to policies regarding cash handling & all tendered transactions.
- Notify management of hazardous conditions.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to stand up to 8 hours at a time.
- Must be able to speak the English language fluently.
- Able to lift at least 15 lbs.
- Able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Customer service experience preferred; Restaurant experience a plus.
- Able to work a variety of shifts – including holidays, weekends, evenings, etc.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to effectively perform multiple tasks.
- Able to interface professionally with business contacts and customers.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry helpful.

In this position, you will also be responsible for creating “Real Life Magic” for our guests. You will provide extraordinary guest service – going above and beyond in all situations. The server also has the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations – utilizing interpersonal skills & luxury standards to create a world class dining experience. Part Time and Full Time opportunities are available.
