Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure a positive and engaging service experience;
• Coordinate and support operational activities in the dining area during service;
• Maintain high standards of quality, organization, and efficiency;
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in team coordination and management;
• Support the team in daily activities, fostering collaboration and engagement;
• Contribute to achieving the restaurant’s qualitative and operational goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial or casual dining;
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to foster a collaborative environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions;
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction;
• Organizational and operational management skills for the dining area;
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Pay

Annual gross salary range: €23,698 – €28,000, with an incentive system tied to role objectives per company policy.

Schedule

Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
