About the role

We are looking for working students (m/f/d) to join our online travel centers in Erfurt and Sondershausen starting from June 15, 2026. No previous experience in tourism is required—we provide intensive training to prepare you for your new job in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Telephone customer consultation on vacations and travel
• Determining customer needs and creating suitable travel offers (package tours, scheduled flights, and cruises), primarily by phone
• Customer service and support (by phone and in writing)
• Answering customer questions on all travel matters to ensure a smooth holiday experience
• Handling goodwill/compensation cases

Requirements

• Confident use of internet applications and MS Office
• Polite communication style, empathy, and enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach
• Geographic knowledge and interest in countries and cultures
• Strong team player attitude, reliability, and ability to self-motivate
