Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Present and sell tours and packages to customers
• Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations
• Manage customer relationships and bookings
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Passion for travel and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel industry practices and regulations
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Education in tourism, hospitality, or related field is beneficial
• Fluency in German and English is required
