About the role

The Respite Support Professional is responsible for providing respite care services to children and families in need. This position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respite care services to children and their families
• Assist with daily activities such as play, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Ensure safety and comfort of the children and families during respite care sessions
• Communicate regularly with families about the child's progress and needs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passing background check and criminal history review

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification
