Respite Provider

The Role You'll Play

• Offer compassionate support to youth experiencing mental health challenges, providing short-term, structured care in home, school, and community settings.
• Deliver one-on-one support and direct services to youth in crisis or needing supervision in homes, schools, the respite house, or community settings.
• Aid in daily activities, symptom management, and community outings.
• Collaborate with families and treatment teams to share client progress, participate in clinical supervision, and ensure services align with treatment plans and budget approvals.
• Transport clients and travel to service locations using personal or company vehicles as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record system and follow agency procedures for client incidents, medication compliance, and crisis de-escalation, including physical interventions when necessary.
• Ensure a safe, stable, and welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness and order in the respite house during shifts.

The Day-to-Day
