Responsibilities

  • Supervise Direct Support Professionals, including interviews, annual evaluations, quarterly staff meetings, etc.
  • Enter progress notes and confirm attendance records for each event.
  • Lead expansion efforts to increase program attendance through correspondence with families, school districts, and local groups.
  • Manage the hiring, training, and oversight of Respite Connection staff.
  • Plan and coordinate all Respite Connections activities.
  • Conduct intake interviews for new program participants.
  • Ensure all required documentation is gathered and submitted to funders as requested.
  • Develop program materials including flyers, policies, brochures, fact sheets, articles, etc.
  • Promote program and initiate program expansion through collaborative relationships with community groups, service providers, and Care Management Organization (CMO's).
  • Be attentive, flexible, and supportive of youth with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families.
  • Maintain youth information files, records, applications, etc. and update information when applicable.
  • Submit all pertinent documents and data entry, including attendance sheets, program notes, authorizations, timesheets, reconciliation reports, coordinator reports, incident reports, etc. by specified deadlines.
  • Order materials needed for each program site and track expenses.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor and/or CEO.

Schedule

Hybrid role – 20+ hours per week. Must be able to work during the day and on Saturdays.
