Role
The role involves:
- Communicating with current and past supporters (lots of calls, emails, texts)
- Writing thank you cards to participants
- Creating/updating flyers, social media graphics, awareness packets
- Creating checklists, email templates, documents, and spreadsheets
- Using TLD database to update participant and registration information, pull reports, send emails, and update website
- Database research for company prospecting
- Mailing
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in an office
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office
