Job Description Summary

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health seeks a temporary, part-time Program Coordinator to support the Perinatal Resources for Opioid Use Disorder (PROUD) program during a planned staffing transition. The current Program Coordinator will transition into this temporary role to provide continuity of operations and facilitate the onboarding and training of the incoming full-time Program Coordinator. The PROUD program is a grant-funded interdisciplinary clinic within Penn Family Care that provides comprehensive clinical care and wraparound services for expectant and postpartum patients with substance use disorders and their newborns.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain continuity of essential program operations while transferring program knowledge, workflows, and established processes to the incoming Program Coordinator
  • Support day-to-day grant activities
  • Assist with clinic operations
  • Maintain communication with patients and community partners
  • Support principal investigators (PIs)
  • Complete grant-related reporting requirements
  • Provide hands-on training to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to program operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Pay

$24.21 - $31.92 Hourly Rate

Schedule

This is a temporary, part-time appointment intended solely to support the transition of responsibilities and preserve continuity of the PROUD program during the onboarding of the new full-time Program Coordinator.
