Respiratory Therapy Supervisor Full Time Nights

About the role

The Respiratory Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, will manage the day-to-day clinical and program operations. Requires the ability to complete job responsibilities that maximize clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction and interdepartmental workflow. Assists manager in orientation of new employees, education, skills competency determination, performance improvement, problem solving and counseling, scheduling and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ABG Lab in accordance with CAP and CLIA standards.
• Perform critical and non-critical respiratory care procedures and/or diagnostics through both physician directives and respiratory care protocols.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications: Associate Degree in Respiratory Care or Science, Florida RRT license, credentialed by NBRC, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years or more respiratory care experience in an acute care facility.

Up to $25,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
