About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist and Nurses to join our Respiratory Therapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to residents in a long term care setting, with a focus on pediatrics and young adults.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer and documentation of respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as oxygen saturation levels and heart rate
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care
- Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as needed
Requirements
- Certified RRT, CRT, RCP or LPN
- Current Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Basic life support certification required

Schedule
- This position is for a Full Time or Part Time position with rotating weekends
- Weekend bonus available along with shift differential and ventilator pay
