Respiratory Therapy Manager - Full Time

About the role

Responsible for managing the Respiratory Care department, including staff evaluations, development, and overseeing daily operations. Handles departmental budget, charges, supplies, personnel scheduling, and payroll to ensure efficient service delivery. Plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates patient care and departmental activities. Provides indirect oversight of Cardiac Rehab, Respiratory School, and Sleep Lab services. Ensures all duties align with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program.
• Licensure: Current license in the state of practice.
• Experience: Minimum of five years in healthcare and/or leadership roles.
• Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (National Board of Respiratory Care).

Skills

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of budget management and patient care standards.
• Ability to foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to promote a compassionate and innovative healthcare environment.
