The role involves managing the Respiratory Care department, including staff evaluations, development, and overseeing the department's budget for charges, supplies, scheduling, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient care and departmental operations
• Indirect oversight of Cardiac Rehab, Respiratory School, and Sleep Lab activities

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited respiratory care program
• Current state license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC certified)
• At least five years of healthcare and/or leadership experience
