Full-Time Respiratory Therapy Manager

About the Role

Lead the clinical and operational aspects of respiratory care services, oversee respiratory therapists, ensure evidence-based patient care, and coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow across units.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans, implement protocols, and support respiratory technology and equipment.
