Respiratory Therapy Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Respiratory Therapy to drive departmental operational excellence and ensure high-quality patient care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff scheduling, equipment, and supply management
• Participate in hiring, budgeting, and coaching of team members
• Provide leadership in the absence of senior leadership, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
• Ensure staffing levels meet procedural demands and maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards
• Manage all aspects of cardiopulmonary care, including diagnostic testing

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP) certification
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Certifications in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS/ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – all to be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Expertise in cardiopulmonary care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
