Respiratory Therapy Manager

About the Role

Lead and manage the respiratory care department, ensuring quality patient care, staff development, and compliance with regulations. Promote Swedish Memorable Care initiatives and maintain high standards of respiratory care through compassionate patient interaction and staff mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow and delegate tasks
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations
• Manage budgets and ensure adherence to JCAHO standards
• Cover patient caseloads as needed
• Support department operations and foster a collaborative environment
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to organizational goals

Requirements

• Current Colorado Respiratory License
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Five years of clinical experience
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred
