Respiratory Therapist - Sign On Bonus

About the role

This part-time Respiratory Therapist position is available on a 12-hour day shift and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care, perform therapeutic procedures, diagnostic tests, and patient education.
• Maintain patient safety, promote evidence-based practice, and ensure professional communication with healthcare teams.
• Document assessments and maintain departmental records.
• Precept new staff and participate in student rotations.
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment with knowledge of departmental policies.

Requirements

• Qualifications include completion of a recognized Respiratory Care Program, Ohio licensure, and NBRC credential (RRT or CRT).
• Experience with adult and neonatal respiratory procedures, arterial blood gases, and emergency care.
• A current BLS certification is required.
