About the role
Provides critical respiratory care in an acute care setting, including administering treatments, managing ventilators, performing pulmonary diagnostics, and implementing care plans. Responds to emergency events, documents in EMR, and may serve as Lead RCP during shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid State RCP license
- NBRC RRT certification
- Current BCLS and ACLS credentials
- Preferred: at least 2 years of experience
- Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Preferred: additional certifications such as NRP and PALS
