About the role

A Respiratory Therapist at National Park Medical Center will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients as directed by physicians. This role requires a valid and current BLS certification, and ACLS, PALS, and PALS certifications within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administering radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients
• Performing diagnostic studies as per physician orders
• Assisting in the care of patients requiring respiratory therapy
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Care Therapist license
• Valid and current BLS certification
• ACLS certification within six months of hire
• PALS certification within six months of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within six months of hire

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position offers rotating shifts, including nights, with variable hours based on patient needs.
