Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and staff to provide patient-centered care and outstanding service.
• Advance the patient plan of care to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
• Implement conventional ventilation methods and perform duties related to respiratory equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and storage.

Qualifications

• Earned an Associate’s Degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
• Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner License (RCP).
• Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or eligible for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification within 18 months of start date.
• Experience working in respiratory therapy, knowledge of treatment modalities, and dedication to patient care.
• Effective communication and evaluation skills for patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
• Expertise in respiratory treatments and ability to provide exceptional care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
