About the Role

ChristianaCare is seeking Respiratory Therapists for a full-time, 72-hour position on the 3rd shift/overnight (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM). This role is based at Christiana Hospital with rotations to Wilmington Hospital. The position requires working every 3rd weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory care services across various hospital units, including adult and infant critical care, medical-surgical floors, and emergency care.
  • Collaborate as part of a specialized, multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in innovative therapy and research initiatives within the department.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a CoArc-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Respiratory licensure in the state of practice (e.g., Delaware, Maryland).
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Current AARC membership preferred.

Pay

This position offers a pay range of $39.50 to $54.31 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, 72 hours per pay period on the 3rd shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM). Requires working every 3rd weekend and holidays.
