Job Summary
Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Full time Flex Respiratory Therapist to work 72 hours on 3rd shift/overnight. Hours are 6:30pm - 7am, every 3rd weekend and holiday.
About the Role
This position is at Christiana Hospital with rotations to Wilmington Hospital. The Respiratory Care Department provides service for both hospitals, including adult and infant critical care units, medical-surgical floors, and emergency care. There are approximately 156 full and part-time therapists across Christiana Care Health System.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to patients in various hospital settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care quality and safety.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and research activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CoARC accredited School of Respiratory Therapy.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification preferred.
- Delaware license or eligibility.
- Previous acute care experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred.

Hourly Pay Range: $35.39 - $56.63
