Respiratory Therapist/Elkton - (6:15p.m-6:45a.m.) - $10K Sign-on Bonus
About the role

ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a Full Time Registered Respiratory Therapist for night shift at our Union Hospital location to provide service to all areas of the hospital, including adult and infant critical care units, medical-surgical floors and emergency care.
Responsibilities
- Provide services to the Respiratory Care Department in the ChristianaCare Union Hospital location only.
- Become a member of one of the most involved departments in innovative therapy and research in a respected environment where you are valued as part of the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Maintain Current BLS Certification
- Current AARC Member preferred
Special Requirements
- Graduate of a CoArc approved School of Respiratory Therapy
- Respiratory Licensure in the state of practice required (Delaware, Maryland, etc.)
- Minimum of one-year critical care experience preferred.
Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $39.50 - $54.30 based on applicable experience. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
Schedule
Full-time Flex, Night Shift (6:15p-6:45a)
Overnight shift differential is competitive, and you’ll receive a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus!
