About Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital
Corewell Health Farmington Hills opened on Jan. 19, 1965 as a 200-bed facility known then as Botsford General Hospital. Today, Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital is a 305-bed teaching facility with Level II trauma status.
Scope of work
Under the supervision of their assigned preceptor and/or the license of their Supervisor, the Respiratory Therapy graduate: implements and evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services to assist physicians in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiopulmonary and related disorders; participates in the education of patients; provides technical support for all equipment related to the practice of Respiratory Care; assists patients of all ages with acute and chronic illness in returning to a productive life style.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required
- Eligible for position after attainment of RRT NBRC status required
- LIC-Respiratory Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan within 90 days required
- CRT-Respiratory Therapist Registry - NBRC National Board for Respiratory Care within 90 days required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required OR CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required

Full time, 36 hours per week. Night shift, 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Variable days worked. Weekend frequency: Every other weekend.
