About the Role

Provides Respiratory Care using critical thinking skills as a Graduate Respiratory Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and develops and implements care plans in collaboration with licensed therapists.
• Administers medications and provides health education.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Supports lifelong learning and aims to improve healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Completed academic and clinical training in a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care Program within the past 12 months.
• Must hold or be eligible for a temporary Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license from Mississippi, allowing practice up to 6 months.
• Prior clinical experience and licensure are required.
• Ability to perform assessments, develop care strategies, and communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Qualifications

This position is suitable for candidates within 12 months of graduation awaiting certification and registry examinations.
