Respiratory Therapy Graduate

About the role

Provides respiratory care as a Graduate Respiratory Therapist, assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and evaluate care outcomes.
• Develop and execute personalized care plans with licensed RRT-level therapists.
• Administer prescribed medications and provide health education to patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and communicate effectively with team members.
• Support ongoing professional development and complete assigned goals.

Requirements

• Completion of academic and clinical training in an accredited CoARC Respiratory Care Program within the past 12 months.
• Possession of a temporary RCP license issued by the state of Mississippi, valid for up to 6 months or until registry exam completion.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
