Respiratory Care Practitioner
About the role
Performs Respiratory Care procedures on patients of all ages (neonates, infants, pediatric, adult, geriatric) in all areas of the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Performs respiratory care procedures on patients in various hospital settings.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintains accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
- Participates in ongoing professional development and education related to respiratory care practice.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State.
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
Qualifications
Recent hospital experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner preferred.
Skills
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $42.96 - $65.62.
Schedule
Variable schedule, per diem.
