About the role
Provides routine, critical, and emergency respiratory care services to patients under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapies and interventions to diverse patient populations.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and skill development.
Qualifications
- California Respiratory Care Practitioner License required.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS and PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
Skills
- Preferred: Registration with Respiratory Therapist Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Preferred: Experience in Critical Care and Level II Nursery.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
