Respiratory Care Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team, responsible for maintaining or restoring optimal cardiopulmonary function in patients of all ages based on physician orders and departmental protocols.

Responsibilities

• Providing respiratory therapy and interventions to support patient health.
• Interpreting and applying operating procedures, standards, and protocols to complex situations.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and adjust treatment plans.

Qualifications and Skills

• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Relevant coursework/training, and effective work experience in respiratory care
• Preferred: At least one year of acute care experience

Ideal Candidates Will Possess strong technical knowledge of respiratory care practices and standards, initiative and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
