We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in a patient-focused healthcare environment. This role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage critical respiratory conditions using a wide range of therapeutic techniques and modalities. The ideal candidate is committed to continuous learning and delivering exceptional patient care. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including night and variable shifts.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory care treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Operate and monitor respiratory equipment, including ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and diagnostic devices
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
- Perform diagnostic testing such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function testing
- Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving respiratory interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and proper use of equipment
- Stay current with evolving respiratory care techniques, technologies, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program
- Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license required upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of respiratory care modalities and critical care procedures
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced clinical environments

Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000–$86,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
