Resource Support Analyst

Title: Court Reporter Coordinator US Legal Support is seeking a Resource Support Analyst to establish and maintain strong relationships with court reporters and videographers while ensuring the seamless coordination of daily operations. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Location: Houston, TX | Woodland Hills, CA Schedule: Monday – Friday | TBD Essential Job Functions: Establish effective and cooperative working relationships with court reporters Coordinate daily communication via email, phone, and text to track the status of work products.Maintain U.S. Legal Support standards and promote a positive company image.Research and resolve general inquiries, providing timely follow-up with internal teams as needed.Identify and address operational challenges to enhance efficiency for court reporters and clients.Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and integrity in daily tasks.Collaborate with leadership and colleagues on special projects as assigned.Perform analysis of regional outcomes using Excel and SharePoint to support decision making by US Legal Support Leadership.Support regional leadership in the evaluation of key trends. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.Strong skill set in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
