Resource Pool RN - ICU - Full Time - Nights

About the role

Resource Float Pool RN supporting ICU services, providing care for critically ill patients with the flexibility to float across multiple ICU environments such as CVICU, SICU, and MICU. This role emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration in high-acuity units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for critically ill individuals.
• Conduct holistic patient assessments and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and respond to emergencies.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and document care accurately in electronic records.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring peers and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support professional development and engage in organizational activities.

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification to be obtained within six months for ICU roles.
• No prior experience mandatory, but commitment to ongoing professional growth and certification is encouraged.
